Mark your calendars for one of Laurel’s favorite family events! The Trustmark Touch-A-Truck event returns to downtown Laurel on Saturday, March 5th, 2022. Trustmark Touch a Truck provides a unique opportunity for children to explore vehicles of all types – public service, emergency, utility, construction, transportation, delivery and “fun & flashy” trucks – in one place. Personnel will tell about the equipment and allow “hands on” exploration. This year’s event is generously sponsored by Trustmark Bank in Laurel.

Although Laurel Main Street has been previous years’ host of the event, Nurture Our Future will coordinate the 2022 event. Proceeds from sponsorship will go to provide books to local children under age five through Imagination Library and also will support Nurture Our Future’s other programs.
